Well here it is our blog for our 2014 adventure - the adventure down under in Australia. We, Sean, Krystin, Matthew and Kade Rennie, are heading to Australia for a year. The adventure starts before we actually get to where we will live. We are heading to New Zealand on Christmas day for a little family vacation then off to the east coast of Australia before settling in Falcon in Western Australia. We will be about an hour south of Perth on the Indian Ocean. So stay tuned as we plan to post often to keep our family and friends up to date on our adventure.

Bondi Beach Babes

This morning we jumped on the double decker bus and headed to Sydney's famous Bondi Beach.  It was a beautiful sunny Saturday and the beach was packed.  Sean rented an eight foot surf board  and the boys started to play.

We only stayed for a short visit as Kade was still not feeling well - he has some sort of bug!!  Matthew and Sean went for tour of Hyde Park while Kade rested for the afternoon - of course they found a Volkswagen Van!  

Spent the rest of the night in the hotel room so Kade could get better - hopefully off to see more of Sydney tomorrow.

    so nice to see you guys in warm weather where you can show some skin :-)
    Feel better soon Kade! Did you bring probiotics with you? Get some in him. The acidofilis pearls are great to travel with as you dont need to refridgerate them.

    PS there was a great article in the travel section of the Toronto Star on thursday about New Zealand and travellling there :-)
    Im sure you've already hit all the main spots but maybe worth a read.
